Refunds are offered on most items within 30 days of shipment date, restrictions may apply. To start a return send an email to: jo@josbeautysupply.com. Include the following:

1. order number
2. item(s) being returned
3. reason for return

At this time we do not offer exchanges or store credits. Please keep the original box/packaging to send the item(s) back.
